    Hi @Collonville,

From the error message it seems that you are not able to connect to data gateway.

Could you please check the event logs on your side?

Please check this doc for more details about how to collect logs from the gateway configurator:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/gateway-reference

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

    Hi @v-yamao-msft.

I set Destination Ports "5671-5672, 9350-9354" to '*' on Azure NSG Outbound security rule, It works well!

I have checked my data gateway log(GatewayConfigurator20180117.000000000.log), there was 1 error about email address but I think there is no problem.

EnterpriseGatewayConfigurator.exe Error: 0 : Exception: Microsoft.PowerBI.DataMovement.GatewayCommon.EmailAddressException: A valid email address must be specified.
