how to set a schedule to send an email with an excel attachment?

Hello,
 
I designed a form in MS Forms and I build a flow to get details from the form when it is submitted, and add a row in a table of excel.
I want to set a schedule with defined cycle time that an email would be sent to me with an attachment of this excel file included.
Can you tell me how to make it?

    This cannot be directly done anymore due to an update from MS.
     
    This basically mean, if the excel file is not manually open by a human, the excel file will NOT have any submitted data from the form.
     
    So in order to do what you want to do, your flow that is triggered by form submission will have to write the submitted response to another excel file.
     
    Then you can have another scheduled flow that runs in your desired schedule, get the file content of the other excel file, and attach it to the send an email action.
