ReportHello, I'm very new to Power Automate and so any help would be a big help.
I've built a flow that collects responses from a form that has a condition that will generate a specific pdf based on the input (Employee request vs Friends/Family request) and the flow works.
What's going wrong is when I test for the Friends/Family request, the pdf that's generated is nesting the inputs. I've included an attachment.
I'm not sure what's happening that it's doing that. I've double checked everything and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong but clearly something is. Below is my flow and code.
