How do you check Power Automate Flow run quotas in 2024

I am trying to find out what our limits are and how close to capacity we are on our flows, but I cannot find anything up to date for the interface. Where would we find this information for our tenant? I cannot seem to find a hard metric in the Power Platform Admin Center. All posts I have found are also out of date and do not match the interface or URLs.

Both interface steps and links to get to it are preferred in case of change in future.

In the admin centre there is Resources > Capacity this will give you an overview for your environments.

The COE lets you drill down a bit more.
