Hello. I created a SharePoint to do list of work things I need to do throughout the month and want to build a checklist via a PP app. Just something really simple that I can check off throughout the month and clear out as I complete them off. I created an app using the modern vertical gallery (first time using this). I just can't seem to figure out how to add a save button. When it's a form, that's easy, you just do a submitform(form1) on select. Only thing I can find is doing a patch function, which I have never done. Is there an easy way of doing this that I am just not thinking of? I don't really even need to link it to the SharePoint list, if that's an option. Hope this makes sense and thanks in advance!
Hi,
Would it be easier to use Planner (if you have Office). No code, easily add your tasks and select them as done. Works on phone, tablet, pc, mac etc.
Or even just use To-Do lists?
But if you want what you have please show me an example of the list and Ill show you have to patch. Its easy.

Thank you Michael. It's not that critical and sounds like the effort outweighs the benefit. I was just trying to be fancy and have fun with it. I will just create one in One Note
Its definitely fun to play and learn though. So if you want to try it out happy to answer your questions but yes, its more effort long term than its worth
