Hi All
I would like to build a applition with Powerapp, I can see frontend to use mobile, but in backend I would like uses going to use web-app. Can I build webapp with Powerapp?

If you mean that you want to run the app in web browser, then yes, you are able to do this in PowerApps. Acutally, you can run app on Windows, iOS, Android, or in a web browser.
