Retrieve from outlook not going back further then a year

I have a flow set to resent emails based on a list, and the last followup date vs current date. All works fine but I have noticed that the retrieve from outlook wont retrieve any sent emails one year old or older. Is there a setting I am missing or is this a limitation in which case is there a way around it?

Thanks

    Version 2.42.317.24061

have tried with very some datasets of 2, the one less than a year old worked fine, and one over a year did not.

I pull from a very some part of the email title so that shouldn't be an issue.

I would meticulously check all the emails and make sure they all match the parameters you are requesting.

Emails and Subject lines can change overtime and sometimes it's easy to overlook things that we assume should be the same.

If you moved them to a subfolder, did you change the "Mail Folder" parameter to be Sent Items\[subfolder]?

Other than that, what version are you on?

    Regards,

    This is the recieved settings:

Which comes back with zero results

Yet if I search in outlook I show its been sent 4 times before and they all appear.

If it has been followed up on within a year it works fine but if its 1 day past the year mark pad wont pull it for some reason.  I tried moving all the sent to a new folder so see if that would work but same thing. Not sure why yours is pulling old.

    Hey @MCollins2019,

    I used the following:

And got emails from 04/2022, so I'm not sure what issue you are running into from PAD.

The only weird thing I did was specify a subfolder because my Inbox has 1000s of emails.  But the folder Inbox\Apple had 286 messages from current back to 04/2022 and it pulled in every single one.

Let me know if I can help.

    Regards,

    Mike

That is unfortunate. I am not sure trying to extract the information needed through UI would be a good option.

Are you using connectors, or Outlook actions?

    Hi @MCollins2019 ,

As per my understanding, The Outlook API used by Power Automate Desktop imposes a limitation on retrieving emails based on their age. As of now, you can retrieve emails from Outlook within a date range of approximately one year. Emails older than this duration cannot be directly accessed using the built-in actions.

(Note:- if you got your solution you can mark as solution and gives kudos)

    Thanks & Regards
