Is anyone else seeing Suggested Prompts disappear in Microsoft 365 Copilot?

My Copilot Studio agent shows Suggested Prompts correctly when launched via "See agent in Microsoft 365", but the exact same agent does not show Suggested Prompts when opened directly from Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Agent is published and prompts are configured under Overview > Suggested Prompts.

Working version:
2.20260526.52.0

Not working version:
2.20260527.37.0

Can anyone confirm if this is a known regression in the latest M365 Copilot build?

Hi CU02060906-0 thanks for raising your issue. Are the suggested prompts not appearing from starting itself or after any update? According to official documentation, updates to suggested prompts might not appear immediately after publishing. This delay is commonly due to caching (browser, Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365 Copilot services, or the content delivery network) and ongoing sessions that continue to use older configurations. Publishing usually succeeds, but updates can take time to propagate to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams, across all regions.
If your changes aren't visible after you updated the suggested prompts:

Verify that you saved and published your agent.

Start a new chat session.

Clear the Teams cache, if applicable.

Remove the channel, add it back, publish your agent again, and allow time for a global synchronization.

Best practices:

Use versioning for suggested prompt updates

Turn off the Conversation Start system topic when appropriate

Validate your changes in the Microsoft 365 Copilot web experience first.

Thanks for your response.

In my case, the issue does not seem related to propagation or publishing delay.

The agent was already published and Suggested Prompts are visible when launching the agent through "See agent in Microsoft 365".

What I am seeing is:

- Same agent
- Same environment
- Same published version

Suggested Prompts are displayed correctly in:
"See agent in Microsoft 365"

But they are not displayed when opening the same agent directly from Microsoft 365 Copilot.

This makes me think the metadata has already propagated successfully, but the Microsoft 365 Copilot client may not be rendering Suggested Prompts correctly.

Has anyone been able to reproduce this behavior specifically on version 2.20260527.37.0?

I have the same issue with agentes made in copilot studio.

Suggested prompts do not appear in copilot m365.
