Power Apps Premium licenses for large organization

Hi!

I have a question related to Power Apps Premium license.

I wounder what would be the cost for 3000 user.

I found information in Power Platform Licensing guide that above 2k users the price is 12 USD.

Based on that information I think that the price for 3000 users should be $36,000 per month. Is this calculation correct?

Hi,

a important to be count is the consum of the applications by the users, I mean the number of sessions.

On user it can be paid one license but only has 10 sessions by month and other user paying the same license hace 1000 sessions by month....

in large organizations suitable for a study of the use of power apps, and the Pay-as-you-go licese maybe a better option.

Thanks Alberto for for sharing your knowledge. I am aware of pay as you go model as well as per user premium license that costs 5 USD. I just wanted to fully understand Power Apps Premium license to have a full vision

I hope you are considering Power Automate as well.

In a few scenarios, Paying as you go will cost more if you use Power Automate flows associated with Power Apps as part of the solution.

While you are trying to understand the licenses, I recommend reading about the economic impact.
