Dear all,

I am now working with a relatively small data file - that will grow over time. I wonder when Powerapp is actually downloading the file. Will it download everything or will to keep accessing it when a related command (i.e. search) is given?

I am working on an app that will modify and create a inputs from around 60 users. Each input is around 25 parameters (written in one line in the excel file)

As I am new, I am not using any collect, group, etc commands . . I simply defined the datasource and started working with it.

Is my current approach easible.
