Filter with multiple criteria in different column

I would like to made a filter code sort out the below, so that user "Tom" can see his own submission and the item which need his approved in the same browser gallery, the result column is 1, 2, 4 and 6, is it possible?

Sharepoint List : Payment Claim

Item	Reason	Claim by	Approver
1	Transport	Tom	Boss
2	Meal	Amy	Tom
3	Dinner	Billy	Helen
4	Transport	Tom	Boss
5	Lunch	Jason	Helen
6	Petty cash	Jerry	Tom
