Common ID in parent email and its child emails in mail trail of Outlook

I have request to create SharePoint item when new email (Parent email) arrives in Outlook. I achieved this with MS Flow.

Challenge is if a reply is sent on that email (Parent email) how flow will identify SharePoint item is already existing?

    This sounds like a Power Automate question rather than a PowerApps question.  I suggest you post this in the Power Automate Community instead. You’ll get a quicker and better response over there
