Form 1 + Form 2 --Flow--> Excel file.... Excel File empty

Hello, Everybody.

I have a little issue (which I believe I created but I can't reverse it) and I need help or at least an explanation with how I caused the problem.

I have two difference Forms.

I got Flow to get the data from both Forms and then transfer to an Excel File:

Apply to each

  Get response details

Add a row into a table

      -  The headers from the Excel file I created do pop up and I add the dynamic contents from the Forms.

Excel file worked.  The data listed with no issues.

I began the next phase of my testing which was to go into external testing with others submitting Form responses.  I decided to use the same Excel file.  Instead of having my "internal" data from my own testing listed on the Excel file, I decided to delete the rows that had my data.  At this point, I have not been able to get Flow to add any new data submitted into the Excel file; or rather the Excel file is not accepting new data.  Either way, I'm longer getting the data into one Excel File.  Nothing else has changed (file name and location has not changed).

Please help.  Thanks!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I am afraid I did not understand what your issue is.

Could you provide more details or a screenshot to illustrate your issue?

    Hi Barry @v-bacao-msft

My goal is to have all the data from two Forms transferred to a single Excel file using Flow.

I have two Forms; each is for a different audience.

I created two Flow "functions," for its respective Form file.

I made the commands in Flow.  I know the commands are good because I checked for errors and performed live tests with Form submissions with no issues.

I performed internal (Alpha) tests with me submitting data to the Forms.  All of the data from both Forms were inputted into the single Excel file as planned.

I proceeded with Beta testing using outside inputs (users).  I decided to delete the rows of data (that I submitted from my Alpha testing) [from the excel file].  As users started submitting data via Form 1 & Form 2, the information is not added into the Excel File as before.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Have you checked the Flow run history?

    Is Flow triggered?

    Hi @v-bacao-msft ,

Flow Run history all said, "Succeeded."  The Flow was triggered by someone submitting data from Form.

I had a deadline, so I decided to create a new "Excel Survey" file with the same headers.  I edited the file destination to the new Excel Survey that I created.  Afterward, everything was working again.  I don't know how the first Excel file failed.  I'm not sure of its limitations since there were no errors.

Great! Sometimes updating the connection, replacing files, or recreating a similar Flow can solve some problems.

    Best Regards,
