PDF to text: How to parse text i) which appears afer semicolon in the same line and ii) is in all lines below until the new line with a semicolon arrives

Hi Community, following question:

 

how to get in Power Automate Desktop the full address in case extraction from pdf to text gives following format:

The address of the entity is after the semicolon in line 4 and later goes through lines 6-8.

 

Ah - I am thinking about nice way of handling similar cases when the address would go A) through unspecified numer of lines farter down and/or B) will appear fully in line 5.

    You can use crop text to get your address if it have standard flags:

    Use Parse text with regular expressions enabled and the following regex pattern to retrieve it (assuming the address is always followed by a date): (?<=Address:\s).+(\r?\n.+)+?(?=\r?\nDate:).

     

    Here's what the action should look like:

    Then, if you want it in a single line, you can use Replace text to replace newlines with a whitespace:
