An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.

Hi there,

I've a workflow working behind a Power App that has been working normally for a couple of years already for the daily uses of 100+ staff. Recently, a few staff reported that they've experienced issues while using the Power App. I then checked the workflow and noticed a few failed cases as detailed below.

I however cannot identify the actual root cause of the issues based on the error message "An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.". Because of this issue, it affects some other steps at the workflow that the access permission cannot be given to the user and his managers.

It'd be much helpful if someone could please give me a hand on resolving this issue so that I can resume the normal running of the App for my team.

Many Thanks
Raymond

    Hi,

You have to provide all the details, you are showing like half stuff.

Show the entire Apply to each, show the inputs and outputs of the action that is failing
Show the entire content of Foreach
    etc

Happy to help but cannot as there is too much missing.

Based on where the flow failed and the name of the action, it appears to have failed in setting permissions. The first thing to check is do the people running the flow have the necessary permissions to set permissions or did someone change their permissions. If not, that is the problem.
