Start a background job with Powershell

Hi All, I want to create a desktop flow which runs a powershell script which create a background job. The powershell script itself works in powershell (copy-paste it from PAD to Powershell), but when I try to run it in power automate desktop then nothing happens.

I get an output message in PAD, and based on it the background job has been generated. But that job doesn't run.

The powershell script calls a vbs script and pass some values to it. When I run the powershell script in powershell then the background job is generated, and runs successfully, so the vbs script starts and the values are passed to it. I know I could create a powershell script which does all the work, but now I want to do it in this way. Please help me why the background job doesn't want to work in the desktop flow.

Thanks in advance
