Few of admin can't see tickets in powerapps

Hello, i have created a powerapps where requesters can submit their requests and different admin teams need to work on the tickets.

There are couple of admin in Team A who can't see any ticket to work upon however, i assigned Team A role to me and i can see tickets which should be visible to all admins of Team A.

I checked their admin access and it's okay.

Could you please suggest other possible steps to troubleshoot this issue.

Hey! My advice is to check if they are in the group and re-check the group but you can always go the hard-way.
You can check like this:
If(User().Email = "teamAAdmin@hotmail.com" || User().Email = "teamAAdmin2@hotmail.com"; true; false)

I re-checked the members in the group and their emails are there along with my email id.
Can i get list of other possible checks when admins are unable to view tickets and face issues.

Do you have a formula in particular that you are having issues with?

If you're checking emails from one place to another, be careful of letter case. Someone@company.com is not the same as someone@company.com
