Delete a row not deleting all rows

Hi, just wondered if anyone can help, i have a flow which has been working fine for months and have changed nothing but over the last few days the flow to delete rows on an excel document isn't fully completing. It seems to leave about 10 to 50 rows at a time. I have tried adding a delay and also used Concurrency Control but seems to be the same either way. Please see my flow below:

Do you have paging turned on in your Excel action and have you set the threshold of how many rows to return? If not, by default, only 256 rows are returned. I suspect your spreadsheet has more than 256 rows and the rows above 256 are not being deleted. Hi, yes can confirm that paging is turned on and set to 3000 which is more rows that i have.
