You would need to cancel both the flow run and the approval. For the approval request cancel, I recommend you to follow the steps described in this blog post: http://digitalmill.net/2024/01/29/cancelling-approvals-with-power-automate/
As part of this process, it is important to "isolate" the correct approval to be cancelled, as you will need to search for the approval based on a unique identifier (id, social security number, email...). I don't know if you are already doing it, but it looks like including the "Voucher No" in the Approval title would be a good idea, as it looks like a unique identifier to your records.
For the process to cancel flow runs, I still don't have an answer to you, but I will investigate and come back later 🙂
