Hello all, new here to Power aps, would be extremely grateful if someone was able to help with this.

I am trying to delete a row from a gallery i have which includes 365 users but not sure what i am doing wrong?

Please see image below:

Any guidance is much appreciated

Hi,

try to add to icon OnSelect property

Remove(SharepointListName, Gallery.Selected);

It should do the trick don't forget to replace the names with Your List Name and gallery Name

Gallery is only a container to display data from SharePoint or other data source so You need manipulate data in data Source what you did in your example You trying to remove something from gallery what will not work You need to target data source what is probably SharePoint in your scenario

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, so i pulled my data by connecting to Office365users but i don't actually have a SharePoint list, would that still work?

You, will not be able to remove User from O365 using this approach.
I think You can remove User using Power Automate means this task will be much more complex also You will need to have Azure Admin authentication to manipulate Users that way.

Think if anyone could just remove a User like that how much damage potentially could happen

Hi there @Simon93,

@SebS reply is correct but in you case, I don't think there is a way to delete users from Office (users are created in Active Directory) at least directly from the PowerApp.

However you could try to create a Power Automate to do it, triggered in the app.
