Get changes for an item error

Hi,

 

In the below pic I am trying to capture the changes in an item-

Though there is a change in the item,still it's showing the same version and hence I am unable to capture the versions as in the below pic

    Could you please check the Since field, see if you have correctly selected the Trigger Window Start Token from dynamic contents?
