Connecting to Customer Voice Dynamics 365

Hi,

I am trying to build a flow which takes information from surveys in Customer Voice Dynamics 365 and puts it into a SharePoint list but am struggling to find a connector which I can use to get the information from Customer Voice when a new item is created.

Any help would be really appreciated

Hi,
To achieve this, you can use the Dynamics 365 Customer Voice connector in Power Automate.

Here are the steps to create a flow that extracts information from surveys in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice and stores it in a SharePoint list:
In Power Automate, select Create and choose Automated cloud flow.
Select the Dynamics 365 Customer Voice connector and choose the When a response is submitted trigger.
Sign in to your Dynamics 365 Customer Voice account.
Select the survey you want to extract information from.
Select the Create item action and choose the SharePoint site and list where you want to store the extracted information.
Map the fields from the survey to the columns in the SharePoint list.
Save and test your flow.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I do not have the option of 'when a response is submitted' trigger from Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.

The options I have are these:

Is there an alternative method I can use?
