I have configured Microsoft flow on a task list item creation using "Send Mail with Options". Different options that I have configured are "Add Comment". but it act as button but I need to be as a text box where the user can type the comments and submit it which should hit back to SharePoint.

 Please help me out with some solution.

Thanks in advanced.

    Hi @Anonymous try to use Start and Wait for Approval action which allows you to capture the comments and in the flow you have to check the outcome and then continue the business logic.

    @sudharsan1985

    Thanks for the thought.

    But there is no required necessary they should add the comment. Its an optional one. And even there is nothing to get approved or denied. In this case how could I achieve it. And also following the start and wait for approval should we use mail activity to as I am not able to declare whom to mail in Start and wait for Approval.

    Thanks in Advance

    Like @sudharsan1985 suggests, we use the Start and Wait for Approval where we send a document to users and they can optionally add comments. They are not approving or rejecting anything, we just use it so they click the Submit button in the email to confirm they've read it and it saves that back to a SharePoint list for audit reasons.

    Good morning,
    Did you solve this problem?
    I have almost the same problem as you. Mine is like "Yes" or "No", if you vote on "No", you answer a comment explaining Why Not and this answer goes to a spreadsheet.

    Good morning, How do you get the comment and add to the SharePoint?
