Missing AI Builder capacity

When I run a flow, it shows error as in the attached photo.
My AI Builder free trial expire? Can I extend it ? or need to buy?

    Hi,
     
    If your trial has expired, to continue you will need to buy.  Highly recommended.  Premium automate is only $15/month and includes enough AI credits to do most functions and features you will want to do.

    i purchased the plan as in this photo link. 
     
    but it shows the same error : Missing AI Builder capacity or trial: You don’t have AI Builder capacity in this environment. You don’t have AI Builder free trial activated for the account running the flow.
