Is it possible to grant permission, for example, to a user to my production environment, and only let him see ONE of my several flows that exists within my environment?

If you set him as co-owner of your flow, he will be able to see it within his own environment:

Just share the flow as a user (if it is a instant flow, automated flow don't need to be share to be use) or, share it as a Owner if you want to give privilege to modify the flow.
But I have more than 100 flows. Is there some way to do it automatically?
