Action 'Get_file_content' is now failing

I have two flows that have been working great for about a year however all of the sudden, they are failing at the action of 'get_file_content.' The flows are connected to a Microsoft Form so that when the user uploads a file to the form, the flow brings the file as an attachment into a SharePoint list.

I did a little research on this issue and did find that there are a few other users with this same, sudden issue, however I have not seen a solution and am not sure if this is a bug or something Microsoft needs to fix vs. something in my flow (since the flows have been working great for a long time and haven't been changed).

    The error message says:

Action 'Get_file_content' failed: the resource could not be found.

    Hi,

Looking at the error - seems like resource/file from which it is trying to fetch content is not available/not found.

could you show how flow is designed ?

I had this problem last week as well. Here was my work-around copy/pasted from an earlier thread:

It looks like yours (and my) flow used the "Get File Content" from One Drive:

Change this to use the "Get File Content from Path" from SharePoint and have it go to the Team and Form location, using the name from "Apply to Each"  :

Then just re-add your file content in your subsequent steps.

This problem appeared for me today too but this work-around didn't work for me - I did however find this video series and across parts 2 & 3 found all my fixes so wanted to share here too in case it helps anyone else.
