Resubmit button no longer works

Hi, I have a few failed flow instances. While I was resubmitting one by one by clicking "Resubmit" in the right-upper corner, the following dialog was displayed:

And I checked the checkbox and clicked "OK". Since then, clicking Resubmit does nothing. 

How can I change it back, so that I can continue to resubmit?

    Sorry. Please ignore this post. I wish I delete this post but I couldn't.

    After I closed all web browsers and opened it again, then "Resubmit" button started to work.
