Create a PDF + generate QR Code show it inside Power Apps

I want to implement this:-

 

1) MS Flow >> which get triggered when the item status = "Completed" >> and it will generate a PDF file >> save the files to SharePoint document library

 

2) I need to generate a QR code + show it inside Power Apps.

 

The QR code needs to open the pdf file ... so is this possible? and how?
