Hello everyone,

I am in the process of creating a new approval process.

Firstly, requestor fill in the list in sharepoint, system automatic generate ID and trigger to requestor and our team.

Secondly, our team member need fill "assigned to" coloumn in list  and then start apporval process.

I met a question in this process how to trigger we  already filled in "assigned to coloumn" and start approval process.

I am not sure how to start this process if it is possible but any help would be appreciated it.

    Hi @raventan00  ,

I've made a test for your reference:

    vbofengmsft_1-1711945869989.png

    1\

    sub(int(triggerOutputs()?['body/{VersionNumber}']),1)

    2\

    outputs('Get_changes_for_an_item_or_a_file_(properties_only)')?['body/ColumnHasChanged/assignedto']

When the value of 'assigned to' is changed, the approval will be sent to him.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @v-bofeng-msft

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

I tried to use your method to test, but it fail and not run history appear.

I don't receive any approval information after I update the coloumn " assigned to".

Method 2: Use trigger window start token, it also didn't see any run history.

    Hi @raventan00 ,

Please use 'true' instead of 'True'.

    Hello @v-bofeng-msft

After amended to true, it seems it doesn't work.  Because I didn't see any run history.

I don't know what the problem is in my flows.
