Unable to assign license

Hi all.

I have bought powerapps license but I am unable to assign it to my user's account.

I have the license in my "product and services" in admin center. but when i clicked on "assign users", it directed me to a page saying that the subscription I look for was not found.the license in products and services

this is sooo urgent. please help!

Yesterday I had exactly the same problem and although the solution is indeed in the MS doc up here I wanted to share the fast way to fix this. Go to https://admin.powerapps.com/environments and click the environment you want to assign the users to. Next click on the security tab and add the users. This way the PowerApp license is assigned. The problem here is that if you look in the Office 365 portal you can see your available licenses but if you click "Assign Users" you get to a page where you It says you have 0 available licenses. This is very confusing and some sort of message saying that in the case of this type of license you should go somewhere else would be nice.
