I want to set the environment language, after I select
Language: Traditional Chinese
Region: Hong Kong SAR
Then the environment becomes Simplified Chinese instead of Traditional Chinese. But if I select Taiwan it shows fine.
Is it a bug? Simplified Chinese is not quite suitable for us as the wordings are not quite the same, which is a bit confusing.

Yes, it is a known issue that it displays as Simplified Chinese if you select the Traditional Chinese and Hong Kong SAR.
