SharePoint Item ID in Power Automate / ID de item no sharepoint

SharePoint Item ID in Power Automate

Hi,

I'm having trouble with Power Automate because I have two flows:

  1. The first flow is triggered by a Microsoft Forms response and creates an item in SharePoint.

  2. The second flow is also triggered by a Microsoft Forms response and updates that same item.

However, I’m encountering errors in the second flow when trying to update the item created by the first flow due to the ID issue. The ID is dynamic, but I noticed it follows a sequential order (1, 2, 3…).

Question:

How can I correctly reference the SharePoint item ID in the second flow, considering that it is dynamic?

Thanks in advance!

@IG-10031157-0 Can you provide more insights as to why you need to have a second flow? You should be able to accomplish what you need with a single flow.

@creativeopinion I have two flows because they are triggered by two different forms, which are filled out by different people.
