Help With Existing Flow Returning Incomplete Results

(0) ShareShare

Posted on by

Hi, I have an existing flow that has been working without issue but recently it has started returning incomplete results. Here is the process of the flow.

  • when a new file is created in sharepoint folder, compare records of data in new file with existing sharepoint list.
  • if existing record exists in sharepoint list, delete row and replace with new record from new file in sharepoint folder

Here is an example of the issue:

As per screenshot of new file from sharepoint folder, the records for "West Coast" from Delivery Branch column has not been imported to the sharepoint list. As per screenshot of sharepoint list, no new record for "West Coast" has been added since 13/02/2023 even though new records are showing in new file between the dates 20/02/2023 - 25/02/2023.

Hope that makes sense. Appreciate any help please.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please show your date column setup?
    Does it include time?
Can you show me its output in flow?
You don't need to add "00:00:00" to the filter query if it doesn't contain time.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please try using the date format "yyyy-MM-dd".

Hi @v-dezhili-msft , I changed date format to "yyyy/MM/dd" but issue remains. I can't figure out why it's not picking up the latest records for the example branch stated at the start of this thread. Do I need to rebuild the flow or would that not make any difference? Appreciate any ideas.
