Automate Flow to populate Microsoft List with specific names

Good morning,

I have a MS Form that feeds into a MS list, currently I ask colleagues to then go into the list and manually add further info. themselves that isn't included as a MS Form Question.

Is there an easy way to create a Power Automate flow that will pre-populate certain list columns with certain names based on the Project Names?

Wondering if this is simple to do or is there a risk it will be so complex it may break and cause more problems - there would be around 20 project names all with different managers that I'd want to automatically populate in the list - these names are also connected to Azure Directory.

I'm quite new to flow I've got used to using default answers etc. in Lists when applicable to all new items but I haven't set anything up where each new form submission/item would need a different name populated to the others,

Hope you can help! Thank you!

@pigsinblankets yes you can prepopulate data in the list. Can you please where the that data is stored (the one that needs to be prepopulated)?

@annajhaveri - thanks for your reply sorry for being slow in responding.

The data is gathered through Microsoft Forms and PowerAutomate feeds this into the list.

I have used default answers in lists before to pre-populate but this time I need certain names (20 ish) for 20 different projects with each project having a different name,

So I'm wondering if there's a simple template code solution in PowerAutomate where I can make this work? I can manually add the names in the list if it's too risky to the PowerAutomate breaking and not worthwhile,

    Thanks
