Hello,

How can I determine the number of users a particular Flow is shared with?

I've looked through the PowerShell cmdlets and admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com, no dice.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

    Hi @ericonline

there should be some admin flow actions for this

I believe there is a list flow admins action which will give you the list

    Hi @RezaDorrani ,

There are "Flow Management" and "Flow for Admin" actions, but both seem to be incomplete for what I need.

    • Flow Managment Actions:
      • List Owners and List Run-only Users shows only details of MY Flows.
      • I need users of Flows across my entire org.
    • Flow for Admins
      • Get Flow Owner brings back Owners and Co-owners for a given Flow
        • But what about "affected users" (those which are running in a non-owner capacity?)
      • Get User Details results in permission denied even though i'm an Env. Admin.

Goal: Analyze the impact of the upcoming licensing changes on our current and future Flow plans

    Need

    • A list of all impacted Flows
      • Flows w/Custom Connectors (GOT THIS)
      • Flows w/HTTP Actions (GOT THIS)
      • Flows w/Premium Connectors (GOT THIS)
    • A count of users of each Flow that will require a license fee
      • This is tricky because some Flows are triggered by conditions which cause it to run under the users account, not the Flow owners account.
      • How can we quantify these?

    Thanks!

    Hi @ericonline

You can use list flows as Admin action to get all Flows for a specific envrionment

and then loop through this list and get the details for the Owners and run only users

Also the Get User Details requires the unqiue guid associated with each user in Azure AD (object ID)

But I dont think this will give you the details you need
