Get Items condition with multiple selections

Hello,

I am having an issue with if column Staff 1 (multiple selections) says one thing change Staff 2 column to this. I did initialize a variable then get items and then a condition for staff 1, but it's not changing the staff 2 column value.

    Hello @ToddM11 ,

I'm sorry I haven't got the aim of your flow. Would you please better explain it?

    Hello,

I have a list with two columns. Column A is a choice column but it's multiple selection and you can pick more than one choice. Column B is a choice column, but you can only pick one choice. I am trying to create a condition where if Column A equals: choice 1 & Choice 2 then make Column B choice 3.
