Hello everyone, so I need some assistance from the experts. I created a survey using Office Form. All my responses are currently just storing in the form response section. However, I would love if each response could come to me via email (still also go to the form) but I would love the individual responses to be sent in email as a summary where I can copy it into each person's individual file. Is that possible through Power Automation?

Hi @kaymarietyrell ,

At its most basic form, you have three steps:

1) trigger: when a new response is submitted
2) get responses: so you are do things with them
3) email responses: so you can send them to someone

Thank you, I was missing the Get Response portion. Now it works, but I still get a message saying one of my flows failed.

I have a follow-up question. So, I created another Power Automate with 18 questions. Is there a limit to the number of questions that can be in the body? It keeps deleting some of my response, but it keeps all of the questions I typed. So, my result has some questions answered and others blank, although I completed all questions. But in the designing of the flow, each time I add back the deleted survey questions, and hit save, it deletes some automatically.
