Refresh Form Snyc in Excel File

Hello,

I have an excel file in SharePoint that is synced to a Microsoft form. Whenever you open the excel file, you will see a syncing banner at the top of the file. Basically, giving you a visual that the file is re-syncing to the source to pull all latest data.

Now the problem is, I have a flow that is sending out this excel file once a month but with stale data. If the excel file is not manually opened, the flow will only see the data from the last sync. So, the file needs to be re-opened (re-synced) before every flow run.

Do we have any options to schedule a refresh to the excel file that is synced to forms without manual interventions?

thanks,
Jake
