Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi,

I have an annonymous feedback Form located within and around a company Sharepoint site. However as useful as the feedback is.... I'm looking for a way to find the site address the Form was submitted from, so we can narrow down the source of the issues reported.

I have seen plenty flow instructions about working with Flow's on reciept of a submission, but is this possible?
