Hi,
I've been tasked with making a flow that will get the records from the Microsoft approvals app for multiple users, export these, combine them into one centralised record and store them in a relevant folder. This is for the purpose of having a centralised record for audit purposes.
I have only ever built simpler flows previously, and this is a big step up in complexity. I have tried to look for other examples of this being done but could not find anything that matches with this requirement.
If anyone has some relevant information, template or other info that would help that would be really helpful. Thankyou.
Further info - We are looking to have all relevant approval templates, and to have the process all contained within a teams channel. So all approvals will be done using the templates and will be initiated from the team channel.
I think either getting the information from the approvals app history OR from the approval messages in the teams channel would be okay, the easiest route being desirable.
Then having these records all being contained within one sharepoint list or excel document.
