Html to Text - Body spacing issue

Hello, 
How would I correct the spacing issues on the plain text output. The red arrows are where a space should be. 
 
This is what html to text is producing:

    I understand you want to put the "spacing" back? 
     
    I dont completely follow, are you hoping to convert the HTML body back into the Picture you have?
    Where that is not a space probably columns or tabs between the stuff
     
    Just trying to validate what you really want the outcome of. Its easy to add a space back in but not sure thats what you really want?

    Yes, when I perform the HTML to Text, I would like the body to have the proper space breaks. The picture was just an example of the form that I receive via email.

    I used the trim and split function to get the info I needed.
