Resources for a single app with many screens

Hi all,

 

Pop-ups asking for permissions is something we are trying to mitigate. One idea we had is to combine multiple apps into one, and just control the user's screen via URL parameter. In theory, the user would only have to allow permissions once instead of multiple times (correct?). 

 

Generally, would this severely increase loading times for the user?

    I would certainly avoid merging all of your apps into one. This would not only hinder performance but would severely complicate your development, not to mention your process for application lifecycle management.

     

    Consent is required if the Power App is using connections to different Microsoft Services. This is standard behaviour your users will be familiar with given they see this on frequently on their personal Android or IOS devices (e.g. Google Servies, ICloud).

     

    However, if your organisation approves the use of PowerShell, you can bypass this. @mdevaney provides a useful article on this here:
