The runtime value '"28/03/2020"' to be converted doesn't have the expected format 'String/date-time'. this type of error

i am using this expression

addDays('01/01/1900',int(items('Apply_to_each')['DateJoined']),'dd/MM/yyyy')

This expression working with some records but getting errors in rest record

eg in 50 record 10 are working rest 40 getting error
