"Automate" Macro Worked But Still Getting Error?

Hi

I am trying to build a flow on the Power Automate Desktop app, this is my first time trying any Power Automate out. It mostly involved automating Excel, I used the "Run Excel Macro" action and when I run the flow, it does everything in the flow and successfully does the Macro when I check the Excel file. However, even though the Macro activated and worked fine, the Power Automate flow still gets the error "Failed To Run Macro" and it stop the flow. Is there any solution to this? Like trying to ignore this error or play around with a setting?

Edit: I was able to find another way to do the task without a Macro. I cant seem to delete this post.
I have the same question (0)

    Hey Hi,

Even Though the macro running successfully, if its is throwing error. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:

    1.Check Macro Security Settings:

Ensure that the macro security settings in Excel are set to enable all macros. Sometimes, restrictive settings can cause issues even if the macro runs.

    2.Error Handling in Power Automate:

Click on the On error on The Run Excel Macro action and set it as below shown in image. Even though the error occurs it will go to the next action.

(Note:- if you got your solution you can mark as solution and gives kudos)

    Thanks & Regards
