Error: Action 'List_rows_present_in_a_table' failed

I have this flow here, and I am getting an error saying no table was found with the name in the excel file. Does that mean I have to go into the excel file that was created and re name the table, so this flow can work? Other flows are running and have succeeded but there a few that fail every once in a while. Can anyone help?

Why would the table lose its name?

I am not sure, but what I noticed is that whenever a flow would succeed, the table name was different from it when failed. For example, in the first image (succeeded flow) the table name was "{E478EF8F-0F95-4550-B562-5692528CA373}" and when the flow failed, in the second image (failed flow) the table name was "{CB1A947D-7FBC-4072-8200-E6C4BCF78143}."

We are suffering the same issue too, the flow failed with the error below accidentally, and there's no change on the flow and the Excel file in the last weeks, so I believe this is a platform issue. Did you get any update on this?

Action 'List_rows_present_in_a_table' failed: No table was found with the name '{00000000-000C-0000-FFFF-FFFF00000000}'.
