I like to check using collection to collect data back end before submit, who can access and view .

Is it only the user who have been shared app with only?

As data are sensitive is it advise to use collection and then clear collection when submit? ?

Hi @bbsin ,

Just to note, Collections are more temporary and they do not store any data on your personal computer or Collections are sometimes used to hold global variables or make a temporary copy of a data source, user can only see what you want to show him, and can only perform certain actions as you allow him to do so which I hope you already know.

@bbsin ,

Collections are temporary local stored data on the current user device during the current session of the running app. After you close the app all data contained in collection are lost.

All other users can't see the data stored in the collection. So even is you are working with sensitive data, if the other users don't have access to your device on the current session of app can't see this data.
