How to read data from Excel file using ms flow

I have a Excel file in SharePoint library where data was not in table format or rows, column format.

I want to read data from particular cells in the excel file , is this possible?

    Hi @SharePointDev12 

     

    You can use Office Scripts.  The script is written in Typescript, albeit Excel (Online) comes with a recording tool to make your life easier.
