I'd check the action configuration, try to set all the fields again after the import. There might be some ID on the background to the mailbox or folder that's valid only for your account, but not for the others.

Yes, when I deleted the trigger and re-configured all the actions that were dependent on that trigger it worked. But I was hoping hoping there is a quicker way
Don't delete the trigger, try to change the configuration in the existing trigger, e.g. select the Folder again.
