I would like to use the Export To File for Power BI Reports action in Power Automate to create a PDF file. I have filled-in the required fields Workspace, Report and Export Format. When I test run the flow I receive the error "Couldn't Find Dataset Id".

What does this error mean and how can I fix it?

You need to put web codes, not names.

The workspace & report codes, you can find when you open specific workspace and select report, which you want to connect to.
When you click on the report in web address you will have everything.
First workspace and next report:

I was able to solve this issue by republishing the Power BI semantic model.

Do you have a Power BI Pro or PPU license?
