MS Forms embed to PowerApps (no longer available?)

I am trying to build an Employment Review App for our company using an embedded MS Forms into PowerApps. However, as you can see below MS Forms is already deprecated.

Is there another way into using MS Forms or other alternatives instead?

    The Item "Form Pro survey" will create a connection for Microsoft Forms.
